The Gyrokinesis Method origin comes from Juliu Horvath GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®.
Important part of Gyrokinesis Method is breathing patterns, which stimulate the body's internal organs, followed by a series of arching, curling, bending, twisting and spiraling movements.
Gyrokinesis exercise is practiced on a mat and chair mainly taught in group classes. Classes can be adapted to fit anyone’s ability.
The classes start with being seated on low stools, with self-massage and simple breathing patterns to awaken the body. The next focus is on the mobilization of the spine, shoulder, hips, knees, feet.
By the end of a Gyrokinesis session, the entire body is awakened and brought into balance. The result is a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity.
